Long-term Internship Recruitment Program

The long-term internship recruitment program, a program to select, train, assess and ultimately recruit the talent of graduate and undergraduate students from law schools, is one of important resources for us to absorbing and employing lawyers. As a return, the program also offers outstanding students challenging job opportunities, broad development platforms and training diversities, enhances their professionalism and expertise through integration of theory and practice, and finally lays a solid foundation for their future careers.

Basic Procedures for Internship Selecting and Training
l All undergraduate and graduate students majoring in law may apply for internship by delivering CVs to us (please kindly refer to the following requirements in detail).
l We have built up an internship assessment team, which is responsible for review and assessment of the internship applicants. The internship assessment team will select a few outstanding students by means of CV checking / examining for interview and written examination (including but not limited to legal affairs and foreign language capabilities, etc.).
l We will recruit those internship applicants, who are best qualified, based upon the result of applicant assessment by the internship assessment team.
l Particular partners or senior lawyers will be responsible for the working arrangement and guidance for the intern concerned during his / her internship period.
l We will conduct internship evaluation by routine check (usually every 3 months).
l The intern characterized by excellent performance during the internship period will be carefully considered by us to offer a job opportunity after his / her duly graduation.
l We will grant living allowance to the intern during the internship period.

Basic Requirements with respect to Candidates for Internship
l undergraduate students (senior students) and/or graduate students (grade one or grade two) majoring in law;
l still have more than 9 months off school;
l got outstanding achievement in academics and solid legal foundation;
l have a mind of great capability for legal thinking, logical thinking, language expression as well as organization.
l has already passed the national bar examination;
l sound in body and mind, good behavior, and hard working; and
l diligent and have a good sense of teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
l have a well understanding or background of the labor law, financing (banking), taxation, intellectual property right, etc.; and
l have 4 days a week or more for internship.
