According to the laws and regulations of China, our people enjoy legal holidays as follows:

l New Year’s Day: January 1st
l Spring Festival: Lunar New Year’s Eve, January 1st in lunar calendar, January 2nd in lunar calendar(in January or February, vary from specific years)
l Tomb-Sweeping Festival: the day of Tomb-Sweeping in lunar calendar
l Labor’s Day: May 1st
l Dragon Boat Festival: May 5th in lunar calendar
l Mid-Autumn Festival: August 15th in lunar calendar
l National Day: October 1st to October 3rd

Usually, on the basis of the circulars concerning arrangement of legal holidays released by the General Office of China State Council, we will adjust the rest days(Saturday and Sunday) before or after the relevant legal holiday and put them together with such legal holiday to form a three-day holiday (in case of New Year’s Day, Tomb-Sweeping Festival, Labor’s Day, Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival) or seven-day holiday(in case of Spring Festival and National Day).

During the abovementioned holidays, if practical business makes a necessity, we will arrange our people to continue to provide services in an appropriate manner.
