Attorney at Law

Ms. Qin graduated from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade with Master of Law and Bachelor of Law, and was awarded the “Honor Student of Shanghai Municipality”. Ms. Qin was selected as exchange student studying law in the U.S.A as sponsored by Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. In 2010, Ms. Qin obtained the Lawyer License (License No.: 13101201011966042). 

Ms. Qin has internship experiences in China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission Shanghai Sub-commission (the “CIETAC-Shanghai”) and several well-known international and local law firms and officially joined Leezhao Law Office in June 2009. Ms. Qin has rendered legal service to many multinational corporations and Japanese, European, American and Southeast Asian invested corporations, which cover electronics manufacturing, information and communication, tobacco, advertisement, warehousing and logistics, energy resources, semiconductor, and finance, etc. 

Ms. Qin has been characterized by the following typical cases: acting for the regional headquarter of a well-known Japanese-invested bank in Shanghai on the matter of recovery of debt; advising one of the Japanese display manufacturing tycoons on its proposed investment plan of setting up a new JV in China; acting on behalf of a biochemical company on the matter of technology licensing and negotiating with American attorneys; participating in the administrative penalty case with large amount with respect to fraudulent advertisement of some multinational corporation; participating in the matter of equity transfer between two well-known Japanese trust banks, and rendering legal advice on the matter of the procedures (i.e. obtaining the relevant approval / registration from the competent authorities) to be dealt with for the branch / representative office of such banks; drafting, checking and making amendments to the contracts of carriage, warehousing and customs clearance, etc. for a large-scaled foreign invested logistic enterprise; checking house lease contracts and the relevant warehousing contracts executed by and between a Sino-Japanese JV and a headquarter of world’s leading automobile manufacturing company, and participating in the negotiation on behalf of the JV; translating daily banking documents for the regional headquarter of a well-known Japanese-invested bank in Shanghai. Also, she has acquired a lot of experience in dealing with various governmental procedures for FDI with the governmental authorities, including the AIC, the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, the SAFE, and the customs, etc.  

Ms. Qin has released several papers on well-known publications and media, among which the paper titled “An Analysis on the Build of the Bankruptcy System for Domestic Financial Institutions in China”, was elected as the master speech in 2009 Forum of Commercial Law and Economic Law sponsored by the Law Society of Shanghai. 

Ms. Qin works as a bilingual lawyer of English and Chinese.
