Dong Hongjun

Mr. DONG graduated from the Department of Law of China
University of Political Science and Law in 2000 with a bachelor
degree in Law, and obtained the Lawyer License (License No.:
13101200410315569) in 2004.
Before being a member of Leezhao Law Office, Mr. DONG firstly
worked in a financial regulatory administration, and then served
in two other law firms that focus on foreign concerned legal
affairs. As the backbone in both business operation and
management, Mr. DONG participated in dealing with the business
operation of many key clients as well as management of
electronic operation system and business quality management
system etc..
Mr. DONG has provided legal services for many multi-national
corporations and foreign invested enterprises with background of
Japan, Europe and the USA which cover such areas as Electronic
Appliance, Medicine, Finance, Commerce & Trade, Warehousing and
Logistics, Paper Making, Construction, Garment, Cosmetics,
Tobacco, Advertisement, etc. Mr. DONG’s business scope includes
Investment, M&A, Liquidation, Commerce, IPRs, Foreign Exchange,
Finance, Laboring and Tax etc..

Mr. DONG specializes in dealing with the issues arising out of
daily operation of a corporation, Mr. Dong’s significant
representations include the following: offering legal services
for a multi-national company’s project of establishing a paper-
pulp integrated corporation with total investment amount of more
than one billion US dollars in China; providing legal services
for a foreign invested logistics enterprise on its operation
system, marketing system and labor management system inside
China; offering legal services on joint venture, technology and
trademarks etc. for a Japanese enterprise’s JV project with a
leading domestic elevator manufacturer in China; acting as a
counsel to assist a well-known advertisement company to
transform from a Sino-foreign joint venture to a foreign
solely-invested enterprise.
Mr. DONG always pays attention to accumulation of theoretical
knowledge and practical experiences, and is adept in collection
and integration of information. Mr. DONG has acted as a key
member to participate in writing/compiling several books and
reports such as the Legal Manual on Business Disputes of the
Japanese Invested Enterprises in China, the Report of
Investigation on Technology Transfer, the Investigation on
Twenty-Two Sectors of the Foreign Invested Service Industry, and
the Investigation Report on Administrative Procedures Relating
to Intellectual Property Rights. Mr. DONG has released more than
50 articles and case studies with respect to the foreign
investment on different publications.
In 2007, Mr. DONG won the title of Excellent Youth Lawyer in
Jing’an District of Shanghai.
