Mr. PEI graduated from Fudan University with degrees of Juris
Master in Law School and Bachelor of Finance in International
Finance Department of School of Economics.
Mr. PEI has ever worked for several well-known multinational
corporations and law firms, and joined Leezhao Law Office in
August, 2005. Mr. PEI passed the National Bar Examination in
2004 and then obtained the Lawyer License (License No.:
13101200710471841).
Acting as the counselor for many multinational corporations and
foreign invested enterprises with background of Japan, European
countries, the USA, Hong Kong or Taiwan, which cover such areas
as electronic manufacturing, communication, warehousing and
logistics, automobile, steel, energy, semiconductor, finance,
Mr. PEI has attended to the issues concerning investment, M&A,
liquidation, trade and business of a company, real property,
finance and tax, foreign exchange, financing service,
intellectual property, laboring and litigation and so on, and
subsequently has been gaining abundant experience from such
practices.
Mr. PEI specializes in dealing with such issues arising out of
daily operation of a corporation or a Bank. Mr. PEI offers legal
service for several foreign Banks for a long term and till now
and ever participated in the transformation of some foreign Bank
from branch to the legal person Bank. Apart from that, Mr. PEI
as well dealt with such important cases as follows: acting as
foreign corporations on the recovery of indebtedness with large
amounts for several times; participating in the M&A issues in
China of foreign corporations; participating in the
administrative penalty case with respect to fraudulent
advertisement with large amount of some multinational
corporation; participating in the antitrust litigation of some
multinational corporation which is the first case of such kind
in China.
Mr. PEI has ever released several papers on different well-known
publications and media, which won good reputations.
