Mr. Bao graduated from the School of Law, Nanjing University, with a bachelor degree (with distinction) in International Economic Law. He obtained the Lawyer License in 2005 (License No.: 13101200510937983).

Before joining the Leezhao Law Office, Mr. Bao first worked for a famous transnational investment corporation, and then a large comprehensive law office in Shanghai which focuses on foreign concerned legal affairs.

Mr. Bao has provided legal services for many multinational corporations and JVs with background of Japan, Europe, USA, Taiwan and Hong Kong which cover warehousing, commerce & trade, medicine and chemistry, electron and electronic appliance, and real estate. Mr. Bao has been focusing on the legal affairs in the following areas: investment, M&A, assets reorganization, debt collection, real estate, PL, international business loan, sale system, liquidation, bankruptcy, guarantee, laboring, etc.

Mr. Bao specializes in dealing with the issues arising from the daily operation of a corporation. The important cases which Mr. Bao dealt with include the following: acted for several foreign corporation to establish foreign-owned commercial corporations in Shanghai; provided legal service for the projects in which several multinational corporations reorganized their investment inside China; engaged in producing taxation schemes for several JVs and foreign corporations in China, and dealing with conflicts arising from taxation affairs; engaged in many lawsuit cases including claiming a foreign concerned damage compensation from a top Chinese airline and dealing with JV-involved legal conflicts on land-use rights.

Mr. Bao is familiar with the electronic operation system of a law firm and is up to collection and analysis of the materials, and accordingly improves his working efficiency during his work for the clients. He has published thesis on FDI on the media.
