Sha Jin Yi
Attorney at Law
Mr. Sha graduated from Fudan University with bachelor degree in
law, and obtained the Lawyer License in 2006 (License
No:13101200610419220).
Before being a member of Leezhao Law Office, Mr. Sha had been
working in an important work management coordination department
of a large comprehensive law office in Shanghai which focuses on
foreign concerned legal affairs.
Mr. Sha has provided legal service for many multinational
corporations and foreign invested corporations which cover
electron and electronic appliance, finance service, commerce &
trade, cosmetics, heavy machinery, real estate. etc. Mr. Sha has
been focusing on the legal affairs in the following areas:
investment/reorganization, company /business, customs/import and
export, accounting/taxation, real estate/construction,
intellectual property, liquidation and bankruptcy etc.
Mr. Sha specializes in dealing with the issues arising from the
daily operation of a corporation. The important cases which Mr.
Sha dealt with include the following: dealing with such issues
as equity reorganization and increase of the registered capital
with a amount of more than USD 23 million for some well-known
cosmetics company; provide legal service arising out of fraud in
training for some famous appliance company; dealing with
disputes arising out of domain name, etc. Besides, Mr. Sha has
also engaged in providing legal service concerning
investment/reorganization, customs/import and export in china
for several multinational companies.
Mr. Sha is familiar with the electronic operation system of a
law firm and is up to collection and analysis of the materials,
and accordingly improves his working efficiency during his work
for the clients. Mr. Sha has published several thesises on FDI
on the media, and engaged in compiling a practice handbook named
Law Manual on Dealing with Business Disputes for Japanese
-invested Enterprises in China .
