Mr. Shen graduated from Japanese cultural economics school of Shanghai International Studies University with Bachelor of Arts.

Mr. Shen has ever worked in Microsoft Global Technical Support Center as a translator between Japanese and English. Before being a member of Leezhao Law Office, Mr. Shen had been working in a large comprehensive law office in Shanghai which focuses on foreign concerned legal affairs, and acted as the senior consultant and paralegal in the key department in this law firm for a long time.

Mr. Shen has acquired abundant legal experience and translation skills based on performance of plenty of work, and is adept at the translation of various kinds of contracts concerning foreign invested enterprises, articles of association and legal opinion reports, especially JV contract, articles of association, F/S report, Due Diligence report, M&A report, processing within Free Trade Area /export trade/OEM related legal documents, laboring rules, laboring contracts, financial system documents and laws & regulations. Mr. Shen has a thorough grasp of the legal systems of China and Japan.

Mr. Shen has taken charge of the communication with the key clients for a long time, and cooperated with the lawyers to deal with a mountain of the litigation or non-litigation affairs with his good interpersonal capability and careful working attitude which are appreciated by the clients.

Mr. Shen has ever been responsible for reviewing and correcting the translation of legal articles which are published on the legal periodicals or the newsletters distributed to the clients by the foreign –concerned law firm, and translated the handbook named Law Manual on Dealing with Business Disputes for Japanese -invested Enterprises in China .
